My yoga retreat started in June, 2014, when the International Day of Yoga happened to be proclaimed by United Nations.  The venue is surrounded by rich green even in a city, and the regular members are nice and warm people.  We have shared a calm and spiritual time, doing yoga and meditation. Today's yoga retreat was the last one here, but I will restart in a new style, so see you then again!  Thank you for being with me all these ten years!

ラストヨーガリトリート

私のヨーガリトリートは2014年6月にスタートしました。この年はちょうど国連が提唱した「国際ヨーガの日〈6月21日〉が始まった年でもあります。街中にあっても緑豊かな修道院で、ヨーガや瞑想を通して、心穏やかでスピリチャルな時間を過ごしました。今日でこの素敵な場所でのヨーガリトリートはいったん終了しますが、来年にまた新たな形でスタートしたいと思っています。そのときまたお会いしましょう。これまでずっと一緒にヨーガにお付き合いくださり、本当にありがとうございました！
