Again let's try something to practice mindfulness.     Complete this list of ways you could change your daily routine.     ・Wear your watch on the other wrist.     ・Take a different path to work     ・Eat lunch at a different time     ・Brush your teeth with the opposite hand     ・Sleep on the opposite side of the bed     ・...................................... And choose one.  Try it.                 "The little things? The little moments? They aren't little." (John Kabat-Zinn)　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　（from "I am here now" The Mindfulness Project)日常の中の変化またまたマインドフルネスのプラクティスをしてみましょう。                                                              (The Mindfulness Preject『I am here now』から抜粋)まず、日々の生活の中で変えられそうなルーティーンのリストを完成させましょう。

Experienced a unique meditation offered by a nearby zen temple.  The meditation space was designed highly modern and with music and images in pitch darkness, you are introduced to your hidden memories in the post or reflection on your inner self.  This may be quite a new style of meditation, mixed with art!
