sesame oil in winter
The cold in winter makes our body so cold....
So my favorite in this season is sesame oil.
Sesame oil is good for your dry skin, and especially in winter, it also keeps our body warm.
Before you go to bed, put the sesame oil on your soles and massage,
and then within 1-2 minutes, you would feel your feet getting warmer.
Under your nice and warm blanket, you can sleep well till morning!

冬にセサミオイル
冬の季節、身体が冷えます。
私の冬のお気に入りはセサミオイル。
カサカサのお肌にいいのはもちろんですが、保温効果が嬉しいオイルです。
夜、布団に潜り込む前に、足の裏に一塗りしてマッサージすれば
1~2分でほんわか暖まってきます。
ぽかぽかお布団で朝までぐっすり、おやすみなさい。
